Terms of Service
These terms apply to jessica-mulroney.com and to every order placed through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Jessica Mulroney is an online home and lifestyle shop. We sell lighting, decor, garden pieces and the useful small things that make a home work. It is operated by:

Support hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM (MT) to 5 PM (MT), and we reply within 12 hours on average.
2. Eligibility and account accuracy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order. By ordering you confirm that, and that the payment method is yours.
We ship with the details you give us, so they need to be right: name, street address with any apartment number, ZIP code, email and phone. We cannot take responsibility for a parcel sent to an address typed incorrectly. Email us about a mistake and we will fix it before the order ships.
3. The products and how they are described
We describe every product as accurately as we can: size, material and finish. Screens differ, so colors can look slightly different in your room, and natural materials such as wood, stone and glass vary from piece to piece. That variation is normal and is not a fault.
Measurements are approximate. Stock is limited and an item can sell out while it sits in your cart. We may correct an error in a description or a price at any time.
4. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you complete checkout. A later change does not apply to an order already placed. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full instead of fulfilling it, and we will tell you by email.
5. Orders and when a contract is formed
When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy. The confirmation email confirms we received the order, not that we accepted it. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation.
Until then we may decline the order, for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was wrong, or if the payment fails a check. If we decline an order that was already charged, we refund it in full.
6. Payment and what appears on your statement
Payment is taken at checkout, using the methods shown there. Card details are handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection, so we never see or store your card number.
The charge on your statement reads Jessica-mulroney.com. If you see that line and do not recognize it, contact us before you contact your bank. We can find the order and explain the charge the same day.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States, and shipping is free on every order. Checkout offers one method: Standard (6 to 11 business days). That is 1 to 2 business days for us to process and pack, then 4 to 9 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.
You get a tracking link by email once the parcel is collected, after which the delivery date is in the carrier's hands. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition, with any tags attached.
Once we receive and approve the return, we refund to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to post it. The full process is in our Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.
9. Cancellations
You can cancel at no cost as long as the order has not shipped. Email support@jessica-mulroney.com with your order number and the word cancel in the subject line. If the order has shipped, wait for it to arrive and start a return instead.
10. Intellectual property
The store name, the logo, the product photography, the product text and the page layouts belong to us or to our licensors. You may browse the site, share links to it and print pages. You may not copy our photographs or text for another store, use our name or logo in your branding, or scrape the site.
11. Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose: looking at products and buying them. You agree not to:
- order with a false name, a false address or a payment method you may not use;
- break into, overload or disrupt the site;
- use bots or scrapers to collect data from the site;
- post messages that are abusive, misleading or unlawful;
- resell our products in a way that suggests we supply your business.
We may suspend access or refuse future orders.
12. Third party links
Some pages link to sites we do not run, such as a carrier tracking page or a payment provider. Those sites have their own terms, and we do not control how they handle your data.
13. Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never be offline or contain an error. The site and the products are provided as they are, to the fullest extent the law allows, except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing on this site is professional advice.
14. Limitation of liability
Put plainly: if something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time or lost profit, or for delays caused by a carrier or an event outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
If you break these terms or use the site unlawfully, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses and legal fees that result.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order will be handled by the courts of the State of Texas. This does not remove consumer rights you hold where you live.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version published here when you place an order is the one that governs it, and we do not change it afterwards.
18. Severability
If a court finds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is removed and the rest stays in force. A delay by us in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
