Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit jessica-mulroney.com or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the whole site, including the checkout.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Jessica Mulroney is an online home and lifestyle shop selling lighting, decor, garden pieces and the useful small things for a home. The store is run by the company below, which is the controller of the information described here.
Primecore LLC
Address: 23400 Kingsland Blvd, Apt 10108, Katy, TX 77494-7486, United States
- Email: support@jessica-mulroney.com
- Phone: +1 (254) 212-3803
Our hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM (MT) to 5 PM (MT), and we answer within 12 hours on average. Charges for orders placed with us read Jessica-mulroney.com on your statement.
2. What you give us
Most of what we hold is information you type in yourself. When you order or contact us, that is usually:
- your name
- your shipping address and, if it is different, your billing address
- your email address
- your phone number, which the carrier may use for the delivery
- what you ordered, the amount in USD and the date
- the payment details you enter at the checkout
- anything you write to us in an email or a return request
Card details are entered on the payment page and handled by the company that processes the payment. We do not store full card numbers. We see only enough to identify the payment, such as the card type, the last digits and whether the charge went through.
3. What is collected automatically
Our site records some technical information while you browse: your IP address, the browser and device you use, the pages you open, the page that sent you to us, and the date and time of your visit. Cookies may store a short identifier so the site recognizes the same browser. On its own this does not name you. It becomes personal information when it is linked to an order.
4. Why we use your information and on what basis
We use personal information for a small number of clear purposes:
- To carry out our contract with you. Taking your order, charging the correct amount, packing and shipping it, handling a return or a refund, and answering your questions.
- Because we have a legitimate interest. Keeping the site working and secure, preventing fraud at the checkout, and seeing which pages are used so we can improve them.
- Because you gave consent. Sending marketing email, and setting cookies that are not needed for the site to work. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Because the law requires it. Keeping tax and sales records, and answering a lawful request from an authority.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
5. Cookies and similar technology
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Essential cookies keep your cart, your session and the checkout working, and the site cannot run without them. Preference cookies remember small choices. Analytics cookies count visits and show which pages are read, as totals rather than individuals.
You can control cookies in your browser settings, where you can block them or delete the ones already stored. If you block essential cookies, the cart and the checkout will stop working. Where we ask for consent before setting other cookies, you can change your answer later.
6. Who we share your information with
We share only what is needed to run the shop, and only with these kinds of companies:
- Payment processing. The provider that takes your payment and checks it for fraud receives your payment and billing details.
- Delivery. The carrier receives your name, address and contact details so it can deliver the parcel and update the tracking.
- Email. The service that sends order confirmations, shipping notices and any newsletter you asked for receives your name and email address.
- Analytics and hosting. The companies that host the site and measure its use receive technical information about your visit.
- Professional and legal. Our accountants and advisers, and any authority we are legally required to answer.
They act on our instructions and may use the information only for the job we hired them to do. If the business is ever sold, customer records may pass to the new owner, who stays bound by this policy.
7. International transfers
We ship to the United States and our company is based in Texas. Some of the companies listed above store or process information on servers in other countries. When information leaves the country you are in, we keep it protected to the standard described here, with written terms that limit what the company handling it may do.
8. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to support the order, and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period after. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical records are kept for a short period, then deleted or reduced to totals that identify no one.
9. How your information is protected
The site is served over an encrypted connection, so what you type at the checkout is protected in transit. Access to order records is limited to the people who need it to pack orders and answer customers, and payment pages are handled by the payment provider. No website can promise perfect security, but we review these measures.
10. Your rights and how to use them
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong or out of date
- delete information we no longer need
- stop or limit a particular use, including marketing
- give you your information in a portable form
- object to a use we base on our legitimate interest
To use any of these, email support@jessica-mulroney.com or call +1 (254) 212-3803 during our hours. Give us enough detail to find your record, such as the order number or the email address you used. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you. We answer within 12 hours on average, and there is no charge for a request. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you are unhappy with our answer, write to us so we can put it right, and you may also complain to the privacy authority where you live.
11. Children's privacy
The shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way we handle information changes, or when the law changes. The version on this page is always the current one, and we will make a significant change clear on the site. If you keep using the shop after a change, the updated policy applies to you.
